The clothing giveaway Downtown will be on the first Saturday in October. I talked with Cathy, and she said they would love to have whatever we have to contribute, clothing, school supplies, jackets, bedding, etc. They have return "shoppers" each year who are very grateful and appreciative.
Also, they welcome any of us who would like to help setup for the giveaway and help with it on that Saturday.

Thanks for checking on this, Sandra. I'm interested in helping with the projecs, both in gathering supplies and also working the giveaway on October 3rd. I'm happy to have the opportunity to donate clothing especially, since I never know quite what to do with our stuff.
